5.1) How do I schedule a meeting?

  1. From the Meeting Room screen, select your meeting room and your participants and then click the icon for ‘Send a meeting invitation or message.’
  2. The Meeting Room Manager window appears where you can enter meeting subject, a message, meeting date and time, and how the call will be initiated.  Note that when you click on Meeting Date, a calendar will appear so that you can select the calendar date.   Then select ‘Send Message’.

5.2) How do guest RSVP to a meeting?

 Your guests have two easy steps to respond to the meeting.

  1. The guest(s) receive the invitation via e-mail.  The e-mail contains a link to RSVP to the meeting request.   Your guest would click on the RSVP link.

  2. A window appears with all the meeting information.  Your guest can accept the invitation, decline, make it tentative, and has the option of adding the meeting to his Outlook or Google calendar.
