4.1)  How are contact groups used?

InnerPass allows you to organize your contacts into groups.  The most common groups are work groups, project groups, classroom groups, and personal groups (like friends and family).  This feature is very valuable in staying organized when you have multiple projects with different or overlapping team members.

4.2)  How do I import Contacts from Skype?

When you download InnerPass, InnerPass automatically pulls in your Skype contacts for you.  As time goes on however, your Skype contact list grows and you may want to bring those new contacts over to InnerPass.  The easiest way is from the Contacts Screen.  Simply click ‘Import Contacts’, and then select ‘Skype’ and click ‘Show Contacts.’ If you want to bring over all contacts, then hit that top button to select them all.  Otherwise, you can simply select the contacts you want.  Click ‘Import’ and the selected contacts from Skype are brought over to InnerPass.

If you want to bring over all contacts, then hit that top button to select them all.  Otherwise, you can simply select the contacts you want.  Click ‘Save’ and the selected contacts from Skype are brought over to InnerPass. 

 

4.3)  How do I import Contacts from other sources than Skype such as Outlook?

InnerPass allows you to import contacts from over 40 sources including Skype, Google, LinkedIn, My Space, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo and AOL.  From the Contacts Screen select ‘Import Contacts’, and select the source you want to import contacts from and follow the easy steps.

4.4)  How do I add a contact person?

From My Contacts page, select Add/Edit contacts.  Select the Contact Group you want to add someone to and then simply enter first and last name, Skype name, and email address.  Note that you don’t have to enter both Skype name and email but you must enter at least one of them. Then click Save.
