Steve Parsloe, Chief Executive Officer and President
Steve has more than 23 years experience in IT consulting, project management and software development. As CEO, Steve sets overall strategy and directs day-to-day operation of the company. A seasoned serial entrepreneur, Steve founded InnerPass in 2007 to bring robust collaboration and document management capabilities to the business masses, initially targeting the Skype community.
Prior to InnerPass, Steve was founder and CEO of MaestroTec, providers of the first Project Portfolio Management application specifically engineered for multitenant SaaS operation targeting mid size IT departments. MaestroTec is a source of key InnerPass technology.
Prior to MaestroTec, Steve was a Systems Manager at Fidelity Investments managing the development and rollout of its retirement planning web application serving customers worldwide. Prior to Fidelity, Steve founded an IT consultancy developing and managing large scale financial applications for firms such as Fidelity Investments, The Boston Company, Mellon Bank, First Data Corporation, Staples and PNC Bank.
Steve received a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Bryant University. He serves on the Advisory Board of Omega Techno Solutions and WiPromo, LLC. In his spare time, Steve enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Bill Trail, Vice President, Sales and Business Development
As VP of Sales and Business Development, Bill’s responsibilities include Business Development for the both InnerPass and the Document Management System, as well as sales in the US and internationally. Bill has several years of success developing partnership and OEM relationships for NaviSite and Progress Software. Most recently Bill was director of NaviSite’s Software as a Service (SaaS) line of business and grew their recurring revenues from $1m to over $6m annually. Prior to that, William was VP WorldWide Sales at Phoenix Technologies Page division, software company that developed Laser Printer technologies that were OEM’ed to HP, Lexmark, and other printer manufacturers. Prior to that, William held senior sales positions at Data General and MassComp.
William holds a BS in Mathematics and a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. When not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
Ben Bloch, Chief Technical Officer
Ben Bloch is an experienced technology and technology marketing professional with more than 15 years experience in software engineering, sales/marketing, enterprise architecture and consulting. In his role as CTO at InnerPass, Ben is responsible for software development, technical development of the InnerPass products and cloud computing decisions.
Prior to this, Ben was Technical Director at VBM Software, a system integrator specializing in real time Web 2.0 applications, Director at Nexaweb, a leading Web 2.0 technology provider and Technical Marketing Director at Systinet, Inc, a division of Hewlett Packard (NYSE: HPQ), a leading provider of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) software and services.
Prior to Systinet, Ben was Lead Software Engineer in charge of engineering a patent pending distributed data center management system at Navisite (NASDAQ: NAVI), held software and sales engineering positions at Sonic Software (a division of Progress Software - NASDAQ: PRGS) and Meca Software and was a founding member of Trinitech Systems (now NyFix - OTC: NYFX).
Past co-editor of Web Services Business Process Execution Language (WSBPEL) working group at The Organization for Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS), he was educated at Colgate University and attended Harvard University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and triplet daughters.
